This meeting guide helps you prepare one useful contribution before a discussion, then deliver it with a simple point, reason, and next step or question.

- Identify one topic you can contribute to.
- Write your main point in one sentence.
- Prepare one supporting detail or question.
During the meeting
Use one of these adaptable sentence starters:
- I’d like to add one point.
- My recommendation is…
- One concern to consider is…
- Could we clarify…?
- Building on that idea…
Instruction: Use Point → Reason → Next step or question.
“I recommend testing this with a small group first. It would help us spot problems before a wider launch. Could we agree on a short pilot?”
After the meeting
- Note what you contributed.
- Identify one thing that helped.
- Choose one adjustment for next time.
