Day 22
Introduce Yourself in 30 Seconds
This challenge day has no published video yet. You can practise the website-authored exercise below and review your own recording; these instructions are not taken from an unreleased video.

Today’s practice
Choose a familiar topic without sensitive personal or workplace details. Use a comfortable voice and stop if you feel pain, strain or dizziness. Record on your own device if you want to compare attempts.
- Step 1Write a 30-second introduction: name, what you do, one thing you are working on or enjoy.
- Step 2Say it aloud three times, changing a few words each time.
- Step 3Record the final version and time it.

Review your attempt
- Did it end clearly, or trail off?
- Which detail would make someone want to ask a follow-up question?
Note a specific phrase or timestamp rather than giving yourself a general score. No clear change is also a useful observation. Try the same task again at your next practice session.
Use the five-point recording rubric to review clarity, pacing, organisation, delivery and connection.
Day 22 practice worksheet
A print-ready page for this day's theme, with space to practise, record and reflect. Use it while the video is on its way.
